Flowers were very nice and delivered on time. My only observation and reason for dropping a star is that it wasn't the item originally ordered which was a basket arrangement.

I ordered the flowers quite late last night and they were delivered to our friends this morning, so very pleased by the speedy response. Our friends were pleased with the arrangement. Previously florists have sent a picture of the flowers they have sent which is helpful & reassuring, but not this time Our friends sent a pic and the arrangement looked like the one we ordered, so full Mark's. Would definitely recommend them.
